Everything started with a barrel in 2023. A large format, 500L Puncheon promising to create something interesting. Then came the grapes, sourced in a semi spur-of-the-moment fashion from family friend which proved to be a great canvas for Adelyn & Sam to bring about a story of the vintage, their vision and their combined love of Sauvignon blanc. 

Amongst our favorite wines, Sauvignon blanc is without a doubt our favorite to share with friends and family. We find it to be incredibly diverse and vivacious, consumed alone or paired with any number of foods. We hope you share our wines with your people
